Description
The name of this beer pays tribute to the mountain range that surrounds Altea for its interior area, an incredible mountain system belonging to the Betic Cordilleras with a height of more than 1,100 meters.
It is a Fruit Sour with Brett yeast (a type of wild yeast that in the past was housed in wooden barrels where beers were stored and gave them rustic flavors over time) and aged in copper-colored oak barrels with little persistence of foam.
Thanks to the barrel we find notes of wood and leather, combined with red fruits.
