Manual harvest in our ownvineyards. The proximity of the winery to the vineyards allows us to vinify quickly in
small quantities and as we harvest.
A controlled fermentation is carried out between 22 and 25 ºC.CRIANZA Aging in barrels of 2 and 3 years, 60% French oak and 40% American
oak. It lasts for 4 months.
