Very, very complex beer. Black, opaque. Tillage with a mixture of seven different malts (Ale, Crystal, Chocolate, Black, Oat, Brown, Smoked) complemented with seven hop additions separately for 24 hours. A whole day of elaboration, which results in an immense concentration of malt flavors. The resulting beer has matured into freshly emptied bourbon and sherry barrels from the Dingle whisky distillery. The result is a dark, rich, soft Imperial Stout unlike anything else.
