Finca Monasterio is the top red from Barón de Ley and is made entirely with Mendavia Tempranillo in 2017, as the Cabernet Sauvignon didn’t make the cut. Intense, perfumed and a little grassy, it has fine French oak aromas, blackberry and blueberry fruit and a hint of dark chocolate. 2022-29
