Description
Sauce made with Trinidad Scorpion chilli pepper along with lots of smoky Caribbean spices. This sauce is thick, full of flavor and excellent for cooking. Ideal for rice dishes, soups and stews, pizza, grilled dishes, Caribbean and Asian dishes. Very spicy taste, but very dose dependent. Very slow to build and long lasting. In small amounts it doesn’t seem quite as spicy, but add more and it multiplies quickly. Scoville scale: 375,000 SHU.
Ingredients:
Trinidad Scorpion Chili (50%), White Wine Vinegar, Chipotle Chili, Caribbean Spices, Thyme, Sea Salt.
Shake well before use. Once opened, keep refrigerated, and consume within 6 months.
