Description
A rigorous selection of our best grapes, harvested manually and fermented in stainless steel tanks at 24ºC, give shape to this exceptional wine. During the cold winter, the wine rests in concrete tanks, where it rounds and matures. Finally, an aging of 4 months in new French oak barrels, brings friendly notes to roasted and cocoa, putting the culmination to a luxury composition. A complex and elegant wine in memory of the winegrowers from whom we inherit the passion for our land.
