Colour Golden yellow colour, with greenish tones
Nose A wine that presents vegetable notes in its tasting such as fennel and other touches of freshly cut grass, with citrus contributions such as lime and lemon, aromas of green olives appear, yeasts on top. Salinity – minerality present that is so common in albariños.
Mouth presents a slightly unctuous drink, with a vibrant acidity, crispy white fruit, with a super cool needle point, with a salinity (as already perceived on the nose) present, but little noticeable.

We moved to the Pontevedra town of Vilagarcía de Arousa, to present this wine,
Envidia Cochina 2019, which is produced by the winery Eladio Piñeiro – Frore do Carme, under the protection of the D.O. Rías Baixas.
We are facing a wine that is made with the Albariño variety in its entirety that has an aging of 6 months with its own lees, using for its elaboration a percentage of other wines of the house such as Frore de Carme.
