Description
It is an 8-degree beer with a clean and pink appearance accompanied by a light carbonation with a fine bubble that makes it very pleasant in the mouth. Funky aroma notes from spontaneous fermentations predominate, as well as wood, and then we find the sweet notes of cranberries. They find a perfect balance between sweet fruits and the acid of this variety of beers. Despite its high complexity it is a light and easy to drink beer ideal to enjoy an aperitif on a hot day.
