Nose: Good intensity, pear and quince seed fruits, vanilla and balsamic notes accompanied by a touch of herbs and a slight mineral souvenir.
Mouth: Fresh, vertical, with a spectacular tension and with wide glyceric sensations in the mouth and with a long retronasal finish, ripe stone fruits appear, conjugated with aromatic herbs and frosted fruits, along with memories of slightly roasted green coffee.

Finca la Nevera is one of the targets of Nivarius, the Rioja winery that produces only this type of wine. Made from the white Maturana variety, it is a fresh and mineral wine on the nose, where the aromas of white fruit, flowers and balsamics predominate. In the mouth the entrance is dry, and on the palate it is unctuous but retains a good tension
