Description
Fermentation in stainless steel tanks where it is vinified following the traditional method of carbonic maceration. Then it goes to a second tank where it ferments in the traditional style and in a third stage part of the wine undergoes malolactic fermentation in barrels. Final assembly of the three elaborations.
