Description
Kveik DIPA made in collaboration with our friend Brian from Stillwater Brewery. Brewed using our standard brew process, but fermented with a relatively neutral Kveik yeast in the style of Stillwater, and with a dry hopping of Citra, Ekuanot and Galaxy hops. Hobo features notes of caramelized orange, Haribo bears and a herbaceous touch.
