Habla de Ti is a white wine from the V.T. Extremadura produced by Bodegas Habla. This wine is a monovarietal sauvignon blanc.The grapes of Habla de Ti grow in six hectares of young vineyards located at 450 meters of altitude treated by trellis conduction.The soils are of a loam-sandy type and the climate of the area highlights the marked thermal variation between day and night. The viticulture carried out is of an ecological type.After the harvest, the grains of Habla de Ti are quickly transported to the winery, where they ferment for about two months in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 9-10º.Finally, Talk about You rests in the same deposits on its own lees for up to five months.Bodegas Habla aims to pay homage, with its name, to Michelangelo, Italian Renaissance architect, sculptor and painter. They say that when he saw his work finished “Moses”, after hitting him with the mace, he said to him; “Talk!” So perfect was it that it looked real. Bodegas Habla wants to pursue that spirit: to always try to achieve perfection.
