Hisenda Miret belongs to the winery’s Group of Microcuvée wines. A monovarietal wine of organic production from the Finca Cal Miret at 40 meters above sea level. Fermentation at 20ºC in stainless steel tanks for 4 weeks with 3 daily remontados and with native bacteria. Aged in new and used French oak barrels for 5 months.
