Description: This powerful Chardonnay spoils with its intensely ripe scent of apricots and tropical fruits. Its 12-month maturation in oak wooden barrels also gives it subtle yeast and vanilla notes and makes it a pleasantly soft, yet sustainable wine. Serving suggestion: Ideal accompaniment to vegetables in cream sauce, white asparagus and fish in butter sauce.
