This very special project for the winery came to market in 2018. Niño Mimado is a wine that represents the relationship between man and nature and that perfectly reflects the characteristics of the terrain. The influence of the soil is inevitable and that is perceived in the minerality and in the balsamic notes: thyme, eucalyptus and rosemary open on the nose and culminate in the mouth. Fermented in oak barrels for 16 months, it retains freshness and a pleasant acidity. The passage through the mouth is lively and fresh, complex with the grace of the Grenache, and the medium long and very expressive finish.
