Description
Made from the flower must of grapes selected from our best vineyards.
The vineyards are grown in sandy, granitic and slightly acidic loamy soils.
100% Albariño.
The fermentation is carried out in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 16ºC for 21 days, remaining on its fine lees until it is stabilized and bottled.
