Description
The Rosé Wine Quelías Rosé belongs to the Sinforiano Winery and has a Cigales Denomination of Origin. Made from grapes 50% Albillo, 30% Grenache, 10% Tempranillo, 10% Verdejo.
Average age of the vineyards: 55 years, selected plots of calcareous-stony soils.
Elaboration: 100% yolk must. Macerated for a few hours in cold and fermented in stainless steel tank at controlled temperature and then subjected to aging on its lees for 5 months.
