Description
The name of this wine comes from a shrubby plant that grows in brackish environments. Specifically, this wine was born in the Natural Park of La Mata, where the vineyards are just 50 meters from the salt water, which gives the wine an indisputable saline character. It ferments with its skins and halfway through the process it is pressed, at which point it is already without skins until it is dry. It is aged for 3 months in a concrete tank and shows citrus notes, notes on white flowers, jamin and ahazar among other aromas.
