St. Bernardus Abt 12

‎St. Bernardus Abt 12‎‎ is regarded as one of the best beers in the world and is therefore the masterpiece of the ‎‎St. Bernardus‎‎ brewery, the absolute top in the hierarchy of its beers. The term Abt refers to the echelon of the monasteries, the abbot. Like her “sisters”, ‎‎St. Bernardus Prior 8‎‎ to prior and ‎‎St. Bernardus Pater 6‎‎ to the fathers, third echelon of the monasteries. It is made in the classic style ‘Quadrupel’ according to the original recipe of 1946.‎
