Description
This wine made mainly with Grenache and a touch of Syrah, presents the characteristics of the rugged and stony terrain from which it arises, the climatology of Cariñena and the work of many people who manage to get the best out of the vineyard, even taking into account these conditions. “ULULA” is the result of all this, a young, fresh and cheerful wine, with a passage through oak barrels for three months on white wine lees, using the “batonage” technique. A wine that looks at nature and listens to its sounds, that perceives the echoes and murmurs.
