Returns Policy for Triple Brew Online

At Triple Brew Online, we are committed to offering our customers the highest quality of beer and wine. We understand that sometimes, you may need to return a purchase, and we want to make this process as simple and hassle-free as possible. Please read our returns policy below:

1. Return Period & Refund of Initial Shipping Costs

  • You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount, including the initial shipping costs, as per the Spanish Consumer Rights Act.

2. Conditions for Returns

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Please note, due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on opened bottles of beer or wine.

3. Process for Returns

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team. Note that you will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs to return your item. These return shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund for the returned item, the refund will cover the original purchase price and the initial shipping costs only, not the return shipping costs.

4. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

5. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@triplebrew.eu and send your item to the address provided by our customer service team.

6. Legal Compliance

  • Our returns policy is in compliance with the Spanish Consumer Rights Act, ensuring your rights as a consumer are protected.
