Beautiful wine made without any added sulphites.
To make this wine, without added sulfites, the grapes are harvested by hand and carefully selected, both in the field and in the winery. Selected yeasts act as bioprotective agents of the must, against oxidation, and other contaminations, until the start of fermentation. Post fermentation, work is carried out with inert gases and preserves the wine in contact with its lees.
